Picture of Carol

I come from a corporate background, had a few wishy-washy proposals under my belt, and had clients whom I landed here and there with no clear plan or strategy.

Carol teaches pipeline strategy and so much more in a very easy and simple way (I am dyslexic, so this is a big plus) and Carol supports you 100 percent to secure work continually via your pipeline.

Since taking her course, I've won 4+ contracts I'm also more confident in my proposal writing and know my worth.

  • Spend Less Time Selling:

Corporates plan and book projects well in advance, so you can build a long-term pipeline that cuts down the gaps between work and means less time spent in ‘sell’ mode and more time doing what you love.

  • Increased Financial Security:

Whatever your services sell for, corporates will pay more! With deep pockets, big budgets and targets to spend more with small businesses, signing corporate clients can keep your bank balance healthy and your financial future safe.

  • Reduced Stress:

It’s no secret that running a small business can involve a lot of hustle. Higher pay for fewer hours can ease the pressure on you as the business owner, and create more space, time and ease in your life, with more consistent income and less pressure to hunt down new clients.

  • More Confidence:

Knowing that corporate clients want what you’re selling can be a great confidence boost, and open up a whole new world of options for your business, allowing you to be more intentional about where you spend your time, and more in control of which clients you say yes (and no!) to.

  • Depersonalise Rejection:

This may not sound like a benefit, but it really is! As small business owners, we can often hinge our hopes on a single client saying yes, but through experiencing multiple corporate tender processes, you’ll learn to hedge your bets and stop taking the ‘no’ so personally.

  • More Freedom:

Whatever freedom means to you, creating more time, and money will undoubtedly allow you to enjoy more of it. Whether that’s travel, time with the family or the chance to pursue hobbies and interests, a healthy pipeline of corporate revenue will open up more space to fill with what you love.

  • Lifestyle Benefits:

They call it the jet-set lifestyle for a reason! Corporate work can come with many perks, including travel, networking, luxury and status. In no time, you’ll feel like a true CEO and become a small business owner who thinks BIG. Champagne in the business class lounge anyone?

  • Build Your Legacy and Generational Wealth:

Working with corporate and government clients and doing a great job is a fantastic way to secure the future of your business and wealth. Once you’re in, you’re in, and the referrals, kudos and repeat customers will be sure to keep you in business!

  • Develop Rewarding Collaborations and Partnerships:

Learn how to join forces with other small businesses to create a big impact, and build a network of trusted partners and collaborators you can call upon to increase your chances of winning life-changing projects and work you’re proud of.

  • BONUSES worth more than £2,000

  • MODULE 1

    Confirm Your Why

You’ll learn about the different types of corporate clients and identify the right ones for you.

Plus you’ll discover what motivates you to want to build this additional revenue stream in your business, so you can start to build a plan that will eventually form the pipeline for your business over the next three years.

  • MODULE 2

    Outline Your Vision

You’ll explore what you want the corporate side of your business to look like and how much time you’ll spend focusing on it.

You’ll also decide what percentage of the overall business it will make up, so you can build a clear strategic vision of how you want your life to look with the addition of a corporate income stream.

  • MODULE 3

Research Your Ideal Clients & Industry

You’ll learn how to identify the clients who would buy your services, and how you can understand and align your offer with their objectives, bottom line and compliance requirements. This will help you decide what to offer and to whom, as well as rule out customers you don’t want to work with.

Plus you’ll learn how to identify the key decision-makers in a corporate organisation, so you can gather enough information to confidently make your approach.

  • MODULE 4

    Proposal Definition

You’ll learn the key components that make up a good corporate proposal as well as how to put it together, price it and present it to clients.

By the end of module 4, you’ll have created a personalised proposal template that you can tailor each time you work with a new organisation, save yourself lots of time, and give you the confidence to submit and present your offer to prospective corporate clients.

  • MODULE 5

    Overcome Your Doubts

You’ll become familiar with the top 10 fears that small businesses tend to have about working with corporate and government clients, and why they simply aren’t true.

Together, we’ll demolish these concerns, and help you get out of your own way, so you can confidently walk into any corporate environment, without letting your mindset sabotage your efforts!

  • MODULE 6

    Refine Your Strategy

Next, you’ll create a strategic overview of where you’ll be spending your time and money. It’s time to take the ideas you’ve got about working with corporates and decide how you’ll take action to implement them!

Together we’ll create a project plan outlining the resources required, what work you’ll be committing to, and anything you’ll need to outsource. You’ll have a clear three-year picture of your pipeline and walk away with a living document to evolve and update as you go.

  • MODULE 7

    Articulate Your Offer

Now that you’ve done your research and written your proposal, it’s time to figure out how you’re going to bring your offer to the market and what that looks like.

You’ll polish all the public-facing assets you need including your LinkedIn profile, website and written proposal, so you can bring everything together and get used to presenting your offer to a corporate audience. Plus, you’ll learn to talk articulately and confidently about your offer, including saying your pricing out loud!

  • MODULE 8

    Take It To Market

It’s time to confirm your next steps and plan to let the corporate market know your offer is ready, available, and how they can buy it, so you can finally put your hard work into action.

Plus, you’ll learn how to work through procurement lists, and evaluate the different options for bidding for work so you can start to build and maintain a pipeline of short, medium and long term clients.

  • MODULE 9

    Ethical Entertaining

You’ll learn the rules and etiquette when it comes to hospitality, so you understand exactly what gifts you can offer, how to manage events and what is and isn’t acceptable when it comes to entertaining clients.

You’ll know how to ethically entertain your new corporate clients, should the opportunity arise, without breaching anyone’s hospitality policies.

Before I worked with Carol, I had no idea about most of it before and I’m now in talks with two organisations at the minute, NHS and the Chamber of Commerce, and have ongoing work with a university.

I’m also working with Carol now 1-1 for even better things!

If you think you can't work with corporates, Carol dispels that myth and you begin to believe what is possible.

What I loved about Carol is that our values align, she is conscious and considerate about everyone's learning styles, and neurodivergence and is calm, professional and generous with her time and knowledge. She is always happy to go the extra mile.
